The plenary room ‘Est. 1321 ‘is located in a separate building in the yard of Gillishof. It can accommodate up to 30 people seated and 60 people in a reception setup. The surface is 100 m2. The space also has a cozy bar area. After business we serve a drink here on request.
't Bakhuis
In the old bakery in the courtyard is a Coffee Corner. In a small setting, this space is ideal for a brainstorming session, meeting or in case you want to divide up your group. The space is suitable for max. 8 participants

Our plenary room 1321 is suitable for both formal and informal meetings. Choosing the right set-up is of great importance here. We are happy to help you make this choice.
School
This setup is suitable for formal presentations where the focus is on the speaker. Tables have been set up so that the participants have the opportunity to take notes.
Theater
This setup is suitable for formal gatherings, such as a presentation to a larger group. Interaction plays a less important role and the focus is on the speaker. There are no tables with the participants.
U shape
The u-shape is a somewhat more informal setting that is suitable for a smaller group meeting with an interactive goal, such as a brainstorming session.
Diner
Is there a dinner on the program? Then the dinner setup is also a possibility. Everyone can easily look at each other and talk to each other.
Carré
Carré is suitable for a meeting without presentation, for example for consultation and decision-making. The tables are connected in a square and each participant can look at each other.
Caberet
This set-up is ideal for sessions where you need to consult or brainstorm in groups in between. The separate tables have a view of the speaker, which makes this shape suitable for interactive presentations.
Reception
This informal setup is great for festive gatherings or events and makes it easier for guests to interact and walk around.
